Master Working Drawings:
Our unique ability resides in the creation of master working drawings that can accept an unlimited number of options. Some of the most common options added to the standard plans are: covered patio, sunroom, screened in porch, upgraded baths, bonus room, 3rd car garage, ect. We believe that the best approach to sales is being predictable and consistent. By having pre-designed and pre-priced options this will allow your sales staff a greater edge to meeting prospective clients wish list. Each master plan includes all the neccessary drawings for estimating and purchasing departments.
Lot Specific Working Drawings:
These sets of plans come directly from our master working drawings. Lot specific plans are treated as one of a kind custom working drawings. We can coordinate with the builders internal staff for the distribution of files to neccessary trades such as engineers, truss manufacturers, ect., to eliminate redraws and discrepancies. Marketing and Sales Brochures:
Our graphic artists uses information directly from master working drawings to create artwork for marketing materials. This direct line of involvement greatly reduces proofing errors between architecture and sales marketing.
